Jeremy Gartner

Dr. Jeremy Gartner is the CEO and Founder of Career Propulsion, a U.S.-based firm that helps executives secure Director, VP, and C-suite roles. Before founding the company, his career spanned particle physics at CERN, aerospace engineering at Northrop Grumman, and leadership development at Becton Dickinson, giving him an unusually broad view of how high-level careers are built.

Jeremy holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA from Wharton. His work today is rooted in a question that shaped his own path: why do some highly capable leaders remain overlooked while others consistently create momentum into bigger roles? That question led him to build Career Propulsion around the strategic side of executive advancement, where positioning, trust, and relationships often matter as much as credentials.

Today, he leads a fast-growing company that helps senior leaders access unadvertised opportunities, strengthen their market position, and take control of their next chapter with greater clarity and leverage.

Career Propulsion

Career Propulsion helps executives land Director, VP, and C-suite roles by approaching career advancement as a strategic problem, not a transactional job search. The firm works with senior leaders across industries who want to break through career ceilings, reposition themselves for larger opportunities, and access roles that are often filled before they ever become public.

The company’s work focuses on the areas most executives were never taught to master: market positioning, leadership narrative, trust-building, strategic networking, and proactive opportunity creation. Its clients are typically accomplished leaders who do not need more effort. They need a better strategy.

By combining deep coaching expertise with practical execution, Career Propulsion helps executives pursue larger roles with more precision, confidence, and long-term career resilience.
