During his tenure, he led the company through operational crises, organizational transformation, and global growth, culminating in its sale to Lumivero, a portfolio company of TA Associates, one of the world’s leading private equity firms.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Guy worked at Wells Fargo and Barclays, where he was involved in M&A, financing, and capital markets transactions totaling more than $5 billion.

Today, Guy invests in and mentors entrepreneurs, private equity funds, private investors, and business owners on acquisitions, leadership development, performance improvement, and long-term value creation.
