Benny Ayal

Benny is the Founder and Chairman of Ayal Group, a holding and partnership group that operates synergistically across advisory, investments, financial services, and entrepreneurship. He is also the Founder of The B.O.D, a strategic advisory firm supporting executives, boards, and controlling shareholders through complex decision-making processes. In addition, Benny is a Senior Partner at Infinity Ayalim Investment Group, one of Israel’s leading investment firms.

Benny brings extensive experience in both the capital markets and the public sector. Previously, he served as Senior Economic Advisor to Israel’s Minister of Finance, where he helped shape macroeconomic policy and address key national economic issues.

Over the years, Benny has served as Chairman and Director of multiple public, private, and government-owned companies, as well as nonprofit organizations. He has guided and supported numerous families, entrepreneurs, and organizations in navigating financial and managerial challenges, both directly and through the development of dedicated advisory networks and think tank forums.
