| Eric Weissmann has been an independent private equity sponsor focused on lower-middle-market leveraged buyouts and special situations for the last two decades. Working with various partners, he’s completed acquisitions, capital raises and exits in a variety of industries (including defense, semiconductor tooling, building materials, banking, automobile parts) and supported those businesses’ development (e.g., recruiting executives, developing strategic relationships, negotiating deals).
Before becoming an investor, Eric founded and was CEO of Decisioneering, Inc., a Denver-based maker of desktop analytic software. Eric was chairman from 2000 until the company was sold in early 2007; it is now a part of Oracle.
Now based in Miami, Eric is a former resident of Tel Aviv and a former member of EO Israel. |
