אנו שמחים על ההזדמנות הנדירה לארח בתל אביב את ניקולה דייויס Nicola Davies שתעביר לנו סדנת מנהיגות בלעדית עבור EO ישראל. ניקולה מומחית בפיתוח ארגוני עם ניסיון של למעלה מעשרים שנה בעבודה כיועצת במגוון רחב של עסקים גלובליים מהמגזר הפרטי והציבורי כאחד. היא מתמחה בתכנון ויצירת פתרונות למידה יצירתיים וחדשניים בכדי לאפשר שינוי בר-קיימא, למנף את עבודת הצוות לביצועים גבוהים ולפתח חשיבה אסטרטגית.

בנימה אישית, תמר יניב פגשה את ניקולה בבית הספר לעסקים בלונדון כשעשתה שם תוכנית למנהיגות מנהלתית לפני 10 שנים. ניקולה המשיכה לעבוד איתה כמאמנת, תהליך שתמר מכנה טרנספורמטיבי.

זו תהיה סדנה של יומיים. שתעסוק במציאות העסקית ותספק פתרונות ליישום מיידי, לא תיאורטי גרידא. הדוגמאות והתרגילים עליהם נעבוד יבוססו על נושאים שמעסיקים אותנו ונקבל את האפשרות לנסות רעיונות חדשים במרחב בטוח.

ניקולה עבדה עם London Business school במשך 15 שנה כ Programme Director and Lead Coach, יצרה תוכניות מנהלים חדשניות ללקוחות בינלאומיים, ולאימון מנהלים בכירים. כיום היא יועצת למידה בכירה ב Headspring, מיזם משותף בין הפייננשל טיימס לבית הספר לעסקים של IE.

Since then, I've been a part of building several companies in the digital space. One of them was sold to ZAP back in 2017 (It’s still running, I just checked).

In 2006, I co-founded K Verse – our digital marketing powerhouse. We merge cutting edge technologies with leading talents to build, grow and transform impactful business.
