Differentiation and value creation were always critical for the success of businesses.
It is the ability to identify, spell out and market the special value you are creating to your customers, and how are you special and different from all other competitors in your niche. As we all witness, the world is changing now in an ever-accelerating speed. Thus, it becomes even more critical to adapt your differentiation and value creation as to not continue and message yesterday’s message, while the market moved and changed, and the competition made your differentiation a history.
The purpose of this event is to use experience sharing, brainstorming and think together of ways to cope with this demanding situation. EO members from various chapters will share their experience, tell how they dealt with business situations they had to tackle, what kind of tools and support they have used, and what kind of results their efforts generated.
Israel, the startup nation, is so small that you have to compete worldwide to survive. EO Israel will host the event and its members will share their experience as well.
Gil Sperling, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Flow – A pioneering AdTech entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience. He started his career as an engineer co-founded Popimedia, Africa’s biggest AdTech and performance marketing company. Popimedia were the largest buyers of Facebook media inventory in Africa, representing some of the world’s biggest brands, when the company was acquired by global communications group Publicis in 2015.
