Lana is responsible for all exports of AlArz Tahini products. She has overall reasonability to developing strategies for increasing awareness and demand in existing export markets, evaluating and developing new markets for the company’s products.
Lana joined the business in 2002 and launched the company’s field marketing efforts while she was studying for her B.A. in International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Since then she has held various roles covering all aspects of the business. In 2014 after completing the Executive MBA from Kellogg Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University, she took on her current role with the goal of making the company global.
AlArz Tahini is a family business based in Nazareth, Israel that produces and markets gourmet Tahini and Halva made exclusively from Ethiopian sesame under the AlArz brand name. The products are sold in specialty stores and used by top chefs in Israel around the world.
